Product Description
The materials of SiC Diesel Particulate Filter is Silicon Carbide, Sic Diesel Particulate Filter has heat-resistance and atheistic which better than cordierite Diesel Particulate Filter. But its high cost than cordierite Diesel Particulate Filter. DPF is also called wall flow filter, spreading with catalyst layer is called CDPF (catalytic DPF). Diesel Particulate Filter can meet the emission value limit of Euro-IV, Euro-V and more strict emission standards.

The particulate of emission is captured inside thin gas hole or entrance. As it lasts, the accumulate layer become thick, and pressure loss increase. To ensure the performance of engine, when pressure loss reaches some value, it is a must to recycle the filter. The recycle is making the particulate burning, by raising the gas temperature of filter. The particulate condition is related to the oxygen concentration. Normally, it is burning at 550-650. Its adopted to raise emission temperature by adjusting throttle, and increase gas temperature with burner. The particulate burning temperature can be decreased by catalyzed, making cumulative particulate burning as soon as possible, thus recover the pressure loss and fitters performance, then the filter is recycled.

*Uses porous porcelain materials and porous sintered metal as filtration materials, which can filtrate the solid particles in the diesel displacement, thus meeting the exhaust particle requirements of the displacement laws and regulations
*According to the engine uses and operations, physical and chemical methods are adopted to eradicate the particles periodically, so that the displacement resistance can be maintained in a certain level and not influenced by the diesel performance
*The particle filtration efficiency of the diesel is more than 90%
*Heat regeneration is made through the displacement management, and the ashes left from the regeneration shall be cleaned regularly
